Michael dedicates himself to client service, process improvement and the provision of ethical, reliable and cost-effective data collection services to the market and social research industry and private sector in Australia.

Paul Hoger


Paul is responsible for Q&A’s field operation and provides leadership, training and guidance to the Company’s data collection and processing units. Throughout his career, Paul has worked as an interviewer, supervisor, field manager, programmer and analyst. Paul has a passion for fieldwork and is an enthusiastic advocate for quality standards in market research.

Jill Bond


Jill’s extensive experience is reflected in her reputation as a dedicated, capable field management professional. Throughout an outstanding career, she has led her organisations through technological, social, political and legal changes, and positioned her businesses at the forefront of market research data collection needs and practices. Jill helped develop the 1991 IQCA standard of interviewing quality control, the principles of which endure in ISO20252. Jill’s commitment to best-practice quality management is central to Q&A’s business model. Jill is a mentor and a coach for management employees at Q&A and provides expert advice to project staff, relating to quality standards, ethics and our client service philosophy.

Lloyd Studders

Manager, Qualitative Services

Lloyd is responsible for the management of Q&A’s group recruitment across Australia, the administration of our consumer panel and the running of our group facilities. Lloyd has extensive experience across all qualitative and quantitative research areas.
